These Terms govern your use of Bonsi at bonsi.com.co. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.

Your account

You need an account to use Bonsi. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your sign-in credentials and any API keys secure. Bonsi accounts are for a single user; do not share your credentials.

Acceptable use

• Do not use Bonsi for anything unlawful or to infringe others’ rights.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the service or other users’ data.
• Do not upload content you do not have the right to store or share.

Your content

You keep all rights to the projects, tasks, and files you create in Bonsi. We store and process your content only to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy. When you publish a project or task as a public link, you are responsible for what you choose to make public.

Cost

Bonsi is currently free to use for existing accounts. We do not charge for access and do not process payments. If that ever changes, we will say so here before it takes effect.

Availability

We work to keep Bonsi available and your data safe, but the service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bonsi is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of data or profits, arising from your use of the service. Keep your own backups of anything important.

Termination

You may stop using Bonsi at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “last updated” date above reflects the most recent change. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
